4 Stars: We origionally went in to build a jeep and wern't able to come to a good comprimise. We later went back in and Derek was able to match us up with the perfect one! He was attentive and we felt that he had our needs in mind. The facilities are under construction and the exsisting facilities need some major attention, but the wonderful customer dervice more than made up for it. Look forward to dealing with him in the future and will tell everyone I know that it is more than worth the short drive to get a great deal and a even better experience!

When I arrived at Mac haik they did everything in there power to Make sure I get the car I want and I Did a cadillac. They are very friendly and support the military which is awesome since I'm in the army. They did not take no for an answer when it came down to the bank. They have the best customer service I've seen in all the car dealership I been to and let me tell you I been to about 30 in my life time. I will recommend them to all my soldier that is tired of been mess around with and wants to buy a vehicle. My sale rep Olin amazing stand up guy he not the typical sale man that will try and sell you anything so he can make a buck. He made it all about me if I didn't like a car or price he got it to where I was comfortable, Kyle the finance manger is the man, I explain to him that I was tired of the way the other dealership treated me and he took great care of me. I had been shopping for a used truck, seeing as how mine had died a couple of months ago. Well, I was looking online, had found several dealers, and thought since I live only a few minutes north of Temple, I would look up Mac Haik. I searched their used vehicle inventory and had found a truck that fit my needs perfectly, all the way from price to the physical aspects of the vehicle. I put in my e-mail address and in a few minutes, a salesman contacted me. He was wonderful and patient with me. I shot him an e-mail back telling him EXACTLY what I wanted, needed and how I wanted to be treated. He followed that e-mail to the letter!!!! I went the next day to look at the truck, met my salesman, Anthony Tennyson, and had a wonderful experience! He respected all that I had written in my e-mail. He did not pressure me, he simply worked me. He has a wonderful, easy-going demeanor, and is a pleasure to work with! He will be getting all of my return business, and hopefully the business of my family and friends. The dealership itself, was wonderful!!! Great inventory, everyone is exceptionally nice! No lie! Have bought vehicles for over 40 years and Mac Haik in Temple was the best experience ever. Courteous, efficient, going way over and above is how I would describe the team of Ted, Ernie, 5 Stars: Aaron and T.J. These gentlemen did everything short of doing the paperwork in my home! The car that was purchased was delivered as promised with extra attention and care given to specific items mentioned prior to purchase. Follow up emails and calls from these gentlemen were the norm. Bottom line is: these gentlemen and I believe this dealership is not the norm. The go way above and beyond to take care of the customer in an extremely fair and polite manner. Truly, this team make this dealership feel like a family establishment. Would recommend them without hesitation. Plus, the entire facility is being updated and redone...should be state-of-the-art very soon!

After having a problem with getting financed because the majority of my paycheck is per-diem, they simply dropped the price of the vehicle 4000 dollars to make this happen. They didn't tell me until it was time to sign the paperwork. I honestly would refer anyone to this dealership and plan on making more purchases from them....even if i move out of the area! I am very pleased with our buying experience at Mac Haik Dodge - we drove from Austin to Temple to take a look at a Liberty that we wanted after asking for a negotiable price over the phone. It was a good fair price (much better than what I was getting at some of Mac Haik's competitors) and our salesperson Greg Boyer was a pleasure to work with. There were no big surprises when we arrived and everything went quickly and smoothly. He helped us get a rent car dropped off and on our way the first day we came in. I came in on President's Day and to get me help he passed me onto Chris McDonald who made the experience relaxing. I want to let someone know how satisfied I am with service I received this week regarding my 2010 Challenger. I feel my wheel key was not returned after a tire rotation in July 2011 at Mac Haik. Unfortunately, I did not realize this fact until I had a nail in my tire and was unable to get it fixed because there was no wheel key. Randy in the Body Shop assisted me late last year with a repair, so I called him for assistance. Boy, did I get some assistance! Randy picked up my car, tried through multiple sources to get a wheel key and kept me informed the whole time. When success was not reached on day 1, I was put into a rental car for my safety, at no charge to me. By the end of my day on day 2, I was in my newly cleaned, safe Challenger. This was an excellent example of service after the sale. Please make sure Randy is recognized for all his efforts to keep me a satisfied customer. Although I love my Challenger, if and when the time comes for a new Dodge, I'll be back to Mac Haik. I will also gladly tell people how pleased I am with this service.

5 Stars: The availability of such a great vehicle and a perfectly valued price was unlike anything else I had found nationwide on the internet. Chris McDonald is a consummate professional with down home country respect for his customer and family. He went above and beyond to provide convenience and care from cradle to grave on my purchase. That kind of service and attention is endangered in today's fast pace market, and my daughter and I are grateful! The rest of the Mac Haik team was great once we arrive to pick up the vehicle. 5 Stars: Recently I started looking for a new truck, having no luck finding the one I wanted with a price we could agree upon. A call was then made to Mac Haik in Temple and in less than 10 minutes my phone was ringing and Greg Robbins was on the other line. He listened to what I was looking for and said to come in the next day to take a look. My wife and I arrived the next day and he took us right out and found exactly what I wanted. No haggle needed he got me the price I wanted plus some extras. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and we would also like to thank Neal in the finance department for finding us the best rate.
